Shipping policy
At Soie de Siam, we carefully prepare each order before dispatch and offer tracked delivery to eligible destinations across Europe and Asia.
Delivery destinations
We currently deliver to 36 destinations across the European Union and Asia. The availability of delivery to your destination will be confirmed at checkout.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times
For France and Thailand, shipping costs €4, with an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days.
For other eligible destinations in the European Union and Asia, shipping costs €10, with an estimated transit time of 5–8 business days.
France and Thailand benefit from local stock, allowing us to offer faster delivery to these destinations.
The applicable shipping option, cost and estimated delivery time will be displayed and confirmed at checkout before payment.
Order processing
Orders are carefully prepared before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
If you have not received your shipping confirmation or tracking information within 48 hours after being notified that your order has been dispatched, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, public holidays, weather conditions or customs procedures.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you can follow its progress using the tracking information provided by email.
If you experience any difficulty tracking your parcel or believe that your delivery is delayed, please contact us at contact@soiedesiam.com, including your order number.
Customs and import charges
For international deliveries, any applicable taxes, duties or customs charges will be handled according to the conditions presented at checkout. Where additional charges may apply upon delivery, this will be indicated where applicable.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
Please ensure that your delivery information is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@soiedesiam.com.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
