We hope you are completely satisfied with your Soie de Siam order.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer law, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at contact@soiedesiam.com, including your order number.
Once you have informed us of your decision, you have 14 days to return the relevant item(s).
Return conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition. They should not have been worn beyond what is reasonably necessary to try them on and should be returned with their tags and original packaging.
Please handle your silk scarf with care when trying it on. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.
Before returning an item, please contact us at contact@soiedesiam.com so that we can provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Return shipping costs
When exercising your right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.
Refunds
If you withdraw from the entire order, we will refund the amounts due to you, including the original standard delivery costs, in accordance with applicable law. Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item(s), or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@soiedesiam.com, including your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue.
We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution. Where an item is defective, damaged or non-conforming, you will not be responsible for the necessary return costs.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different design, you may return the relevant item in accordance with the conditions above and place a new order.
